New street furniture has been installed as part of San Miguel de Salinas’ ongoing investment in enhancing its public areas. The municipality has improved the comfort and cleanliness of the surrounding area by installing new benches and trash cans in several strategic locations, all made possible by a grant from the Alicante Provincial Council.
New benches that are more comfortable for locals and tourists have taken the place of the outdated ones at the Urbanización Ciudad de las Comunicaciones, particularly on Murcia and Albacete streets. To help with proper garbage disposal and maintain a cleaner municipality, trash cans have also been positioned at key locations in the town centre, the sports area, and the urban garden.
The City Council would to remind everyone how important it is to utilise these new facilities, utilise the bins, and dispose of pet waste properly.
